Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals following established menus and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

• Manage food inventory and order supplies.

• Minimize food waste.

• Properly store all food items.

• Perform basic pantry and laundry duties as assigned.

• Report equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Assist with upkeep of communal areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE Education

• Able to read and write simple English

• Experience in food preparation for large groups

• Preferably possesses WSQ Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene

• Able to work independently and in a team.
