Job description

Bistro Bar is looking for Cook Cum Bar Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Have experience working in restaurant kitchen.
  2. Ensure freshness of ingredients.
  3. Cook food items accurately to specifications and plate according to standard presentation style.
  4. Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  5. Monitor the food par level after each meal period.
  6. Assist in the accomplishment of tasks within the time frame given.
  7. Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized.
  8. Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods.
  9. Assist in monthly inventory counts and record food wastages.
  10. Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies and proper storage methods are always followed.
  11. Able to work in hot environment.

Salary: $3000 - $5000 (depends on experience; inclusive of transport allowances)

Working hours: 6-days work week, 4pm to 4am

Location: 3mins away from Bendemeer MRT Station
