Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook / Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory control and inform supervisors of shortages
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
  • Take direction from senior chefs and adapt to changes in the menu or workflow
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a line cook or chef (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
