Job Description
  • Adhere to company’s SOPs for the cooking of its Western or Asian Cuisine.
  • Perform mise-en-place, goods receiving and storage, where necessary.
  • Co-coordinate with the other Cooks, as well as the Service Crews, to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
  • Adhere to policies relating to food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
  • Ensures that the cleanliness of the kitchen meets the standards of the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Serve as a stand in for cook in other outlets during peak period and emergencies.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Job Requirements

  • Possess a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
