Job description

- Able to prepare and cook full cafe menu

- Ensure storage of Ingredients and food items according to food safety standards and maintain food quality

- Maintain kitchen and personal hygiene

- Able to do menu planning and costing, develop new dishes

- Maintain kitchen equipment, tools in good working condition, and used safely.

- Able to order/keep inventory control to ensure sufficient stocks for use.

- Must be a team player, yet able to work independently and willing to follow instructions

- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Kitchen work experience is mandatory

- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
