A local law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling mortgage discharge and transfer for private real estate properties.
  2. Performing e-stamping and lodging documents.
  3. Conducting title searches and other online searches.
  4. Monitoring pending matters for completion.
  5. Preparing bills and tracking outstanding payments.
  6. Assisting lawyers with private property transactions, e-lodgement, invoice, and document generation.
