Qualifications

ADEL LAW LLC is a home-grown law firm specializing in providing expert conveyancing services. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality legal support to our clients during property transactions.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Staff member to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the conveyancing process for property transactions, including but not limited to private purchases.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Conducting searches and preparing legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Ensuring all legal requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Providing clear and timely updates to clients on the status of their transactions.
  • Handling any queries or issues that may arise during the transaction process.

Key Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year experience in conveyancing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in private property purchases.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in conveyancing works-preferrably Private Purchase transactions.
