Job description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative CRO Specialist to help us increase conversion rates across our Shopify store and paid landing pages. You'll work closely with marketing, and tech to run A/B tests, uncover user insights, and optimize key parts of the funnel — from homepage to checkout.

This role is critical to improving ROAS, scaling profitably, and ensuring every click counts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user behavior via heatmaps, session recordings, scroll depth, and GA4

  • Audit landing pages and the customer journey to identify friction points

  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, layout, CTA, UX)

  • Optimize product pages, bundle flows, and checkout experience

  • Work with content & design to propose and iterate on high-converting sales pages

  • Collaborate with marketing to test ad-to-landing page relevance

  • Monitor test results, interpret data, and report on conversion impact

  • Suggest data-backed improvements based on psychological triggers, persuasion, and UX best practices

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a CRO, growth, or performance optimization role (ideally in DTC or e-commerce)

  • Strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, or other testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert)

  • Experience running and interpreting A/B tests

  • Data-literate with strong analytical skills (conversion funnels, ROAS, etc.)

  • Bonus: Familiarity with copywriting psychology and persuasive design

Nice to Have:
  • Light HTML/CSS knowledge

  • Experience in the beauty or wellness space

  • Background in direct response or funnel-based marketing
