We’re looking for a data-driven and creative CRO Specialist to help us increase conversion rates across our Shopify store and paid landing pages. You'll work closely with marketing, and tech to run A/B tests, uncover user insights, and optimize key parts of the funnel — from homepage to checkout.
This role is critical to improving ROAS, scaling profitably, and ensuring every click counts.
Analyze user behavior via heatmaps, session recordings, scroll depth, and GA4
Audit landing pages and the customer journey to identify friction points
Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, layout, CTA, UX)
Optimize product pages, bundle flows, and checkout experience
Work with content & design to propose and iterate on high-converting sales pages
Collaborate with marketing to test ad-to-landing page relevance
Monitor test results, interpret data, and report on conversion impact
Suggest data-backed improvements based on psychological triggers, persuasion, and UX best practices
2+ years in a CRO, growth, or performance optimization role (ideally in DTC or e-commerce)
Strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, or other testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert)
Experience running and interpreting A/B tests
Data-literate with strong analytical skills (conversion funnels, ROAS, etc.)
Bonus: Familiarity with copywriting psychology and persuasive design
Light HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience in the beauty or wellness space
Background in direct response or funnel-based marketing
