Job summary

A leading aviation service provider in Singapore is seeking an operations coordinator. The role requires handling last-minute aircraft changes, coordinating with various teams, and preparing delay reports. Candidates should possess an ITE certificate or diploma, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP, and demonstrate effective communication skills. A rotating shift pattern is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Able to read and understand telex and respond accordingly.
  • Experience in coordination and data entry.
  • Quick response to last minute aircraft changes.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with morning rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Read telex and action accordingly.
  • Inform apron of aircraft changes and send CALL BACKs.
  • Ensure requests for stretcher/Oxygen kit and update charts.
  • Prepare delay reports for SQ and Scoot.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Read telex and action accordingly.

2. Inform apron of aircraft changes, edit in CRO Editor and send CALL BACK to all concerned.

3. Ensure requests for SIA stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen kit and update in stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen Kit chart-update the systems.

4. Update flight observer chart and fax to IGO and provide a copy to MAINTROL.

5. Any last-minute aircraft change less than 2 hours to STD, CRO will call refuellers directly and inform of aircraft change.

6. Prepare SQ and Scoot (including Line Station) Delay reports.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline

2. Familiar with Microsoft excel and SAP

3. Able to read and understand telex and react accordingly

4. Experience in performing coordination, data entry, updating of stretcher or Kit chart into systems and generating reports

5. Able to quick response to any last minute’s aircraft changes and react promptly

6. Possess good communication skills

7. Able to work under pressure

8. Comfortable with morning rotating shift pattern based on 3 days’ work and follow by 2 days off work arrangement.
