Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Read telex and action accordingly.

• Inform CAG apron of aircraft changes, edit in CRO Editor, and send CALL BACK to all concerned.

• Ensure requests for stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen kit and update in stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen Kit chart.

• Update flight observer chart and fax to IGO and provide a copy to MAINTROL.

• Any last-minute aircraft change less than 2 hours to STD, CRO will call refuellers directly and inform of aircraft change.

• Update seasonal flight scheduling in SAP.

• Generate flight schedules/ import in EIDS.

• Update changes (Timing/aircraft type) in SAP.

• Key in SQ delay reports in to OCCS and Scoot (including Line Station) Delay reports into CAMS

• Enter SOK and stretcher requirement into an access database , update SOK requirement to relevant department

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using CRO Editor and other aviation-related software will be a plus point.

• Ability to handle urgent and last-minute changes efficiently.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.

• Must be available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
