Contracts Officer / Assistant
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze RFP documents to provide Directors a clear indication of project requirements;
- Assists Project Directors in project resource planning and project data entry in the centralized system;
- Assist the Directors in Business Development work;
- Formulation of fee proposals and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- At least a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant of working experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts;
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management;
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills;
