Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical Works, Additions & Alterations (A&A), and Improvement Works under the contract

  • Manage and update both pre-contract and post-contract administrative tasks related to Cyclical, A&A, and Improvement Works

  • Monitor the maintenance budget and prepare progress payment claims to ensure accurate cash flow projections and timely payments to contractors and suppliers

  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Building, or other relevant disciplines

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Membership with professional bodies such as SISV, RICS, or AIQS is advantageous
