Job description

Remuneration: Up to $9,500/month + Variable Bonus
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates & quantity take-offs

  • Assist in estimating direct & indirect costs for subcontractors

  • Monitor site progress and manpower allocation

  • Review and prepare comparison sheets for supplier/subcontractor quotes

  • Prepare payment advice, verify and certify subcontractor/supplier claims

  • Support claims preparation with Project Manager/Director

  • Follow up on payments from main contractors/consultants/clients

  • Operate project cost control with PD/PM

  • ️ Advise on contractual claims, variations (VO), and disputes

  • Measure and compute variations, prepare interim/final accounts

  • Prepare estimates and work on contractual/project change orders

  • Generate monthly progress payment reports


Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent

  • ️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

  • Strong mathematical and accounting skills

  • Proactive team player with strong initiative and resourcefulness
