Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance contracts.
• Membership in SISV / RICS / AIQS is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• To check and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works, etc, under the Contract
• To prepare, call and administer the various tenders for the routine maintenance works, services and supplies
• To advise on the selection of suitable contractors/specialists for routine maintenance works, services and supplies
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Qualification & Skills:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Estate Management / Building / recognised qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance contracts
• Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
• Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
