Job summary
A leading company in the drilling industry seeks a Quantity Surveyor to oversee project cost estimates, administration of tenders, and consult on contractor selection for maintenance works. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance contracts.
- Membership in SISV / RICS / AIQS is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications.
- Prepare, call and administer tenders for maintenance works.
- Advise on selection of suitable contractors for routine maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
- To check and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works, etc, under the Contract
- To prepare, call and administer the various tenders for the routine maintenance works, services and supplies
- To advise on the selection of suitable contractors/specialists for routine maintenance works, services and supplies
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Estate Management / Building / recognised qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance contracts
- Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
- Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
