• Knowledgeable in ACMV / Fire systems and experience in HT LV, ELV.

Job description

Our Client:

• Construction Industry (M&E)

• Central

• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm

• UP $8,000 Basic + $100 Mobile Allowance

The Role:

• Analyze tender documents, raise queries, and suggest changes to influence clients or consultants.

• Prepare risk checklists for local and Japan management decisions.

• Attend site visits to understand work scope and document tender requirements.

• Lead preparation and submission of mechanical, electrical, and ELV tenders, ensuring quality, compliance, and deadlines.

• Review technical specs, BOQs, pricing, and contracts to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

• Coordinate with project team for organization charts and initial costing; optimize pricing for profitability.

• Support tender presentations, lead review meetings, submit weekly reports, and ensure smooth handover to project teams.

What are we looking for?

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Min. 4 years of tendering projects working experiences in the M&E Sector.

• Knowledgeable in ACMV / Fire, with experience in HT LV, ELV.
