Job summary

A leading procurement and ICT services provider in Singapore seeks a professional to manage ICT procurement processes. The role requires expertise in government Infocomm practices and strong negotiation skills. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be autonomous yet effective team players. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and ICT management.
• Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment and contract management practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ is preferred.

• Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Meticulous and independent, has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and be able to work effectively in a team
