As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Having knowledge of Instruction Manuals on Procurement and ICT/SS Management
• Maintaining a positive attitude to bring out the best in our team
• Being a team player
• Being autonomous and self-driven
• Taking ownership of tasks

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• A basic degree in Infocomm, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in procurement and ICT management
• Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices, with hands-on experience with GeBIZ
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Meticulous, independent, with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), and the ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management
