Requirements

What are we looking for?

As a Contracts Manager, you need to have:

• Basic degree in Infocomm, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT Management
• Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices, preferably with hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ
• Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Meticulous and independent, has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and be able to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management
