A leading company in facilities management in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on managing the tender process and ensuring compliance with contracts. Responsibilities include negotiation with vendors and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in QS/engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
· Support and manage the tender process, from initial assessment to submission.
· Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
· Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.
· Work closely with Commercial Contract personnel to ensure compliance on contractual obligations, agreements, and other legal documents related to maintenance and facilities management services.
· Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
· Negotiate pricings and terms and conditions with clients and vendors to secure favourable agreements.
· Ensure continual support on contractual change order management throughout contract period.
· Serve as the point of contact for contract-related matters with clients and vendors.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
· Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and facilities management services.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
· Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues for senior management.
· Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in QS/engineering roles.
(ITE holder with relevant years of experience or fresh degree/diploma holder can be considered).
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
· Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative and people management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
