A leading company in the maintenance services sector is seeking a candidate for managing tenders and contracts. The successful applicant will handle correspondence with clients and maintain organized databases, while possessing strong communication and organizational skills. This role also requires a Class 3 driving license and ideally a degree in Business Administration.
PART A: Duties & Responsibilities:
· Monitor tender via GeBIZ;
· To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the Company;
· Perform appropriate clinical, administrative, and operational research to support proposal and contract development;
· Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained;
· Establish and maintain strong working relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters;
· Handling queries and drafting of business letters, emails, and correspondences;
· Any other task may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
PART B: Experience & Skill-set required:
Must possess at least a Class 3 Singapore driving license;
Preferably possess a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
Able to communicate and converse effectively in order to gain trust and confidence;
Strong presentation and sound organizational abilities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint);
Experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management is an advantage;
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
