Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse and provide advice on hazards related to project contracts; plan, organize, and develop project schedules.
  2. Oversee the management of the construction project contract and prepare and manage project correspondence and customer and subcontractor contact.
  3. Contribute to the preparation of a cost budget, monitor modifications to the design and construction work, resolve contractual disputes, settle accounts, and verify subcontractor claims.
  4. Assist with project meetings with clients and subcontractors, measure, assess, and write variation orders and claims (such as monthly progress claims, loss and expenditure claims, and schedule extension claims, among others).

Job Requirements:

  1. A Degree or Diploma in contract law, construction management, or quantity surveying
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Candidates are required to be stationed in the corporate headquarters and project locations.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiating skills; careful, proactive, resourceful, autonomous, and cooperative team player.
