Support the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team in executing the pre- and post-contract activities.
Administer tender processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with policies.
Ensure contracts are executed and compliant with requirements.
Review contract terms to align with market trends and company needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and resolve contract issues.
Analyse procurement data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.
Source new vendors, evaluate vendors and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
Resolve contract disputes and draft necessary documents.
Prepare contracts, certificates and verify supporting documentation.
Other Ad-Hoc related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ related experience in tender and contract management, including 1 to 3 years in construction or as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in a QS consultancy firm.
Skills: Strong understanding of procurement strategies, with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
A proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
