Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team in executing the pre- and post-contract activities.
  • Administer tender processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure contracts are executed and compliant with requirements.
  • Review contract terms to align with market trends and company needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and resolve contract issues.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.
  • Source new vendors, evaluate vendors and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Resolve contract disputes and draft necessary documents.
  • Prepare contracts, certificates and verify supporting documentation.
  • Other Ad-Hoc related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience in tender and contract management, including 1 to 3 years in construction or as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in a QS consultancy firm.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of procurement strategies, with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
