Job description

Our client, a prestigious Swiss multinational in the luxury sector, is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive for a 1 yr contract, starting in July 2025.

• Salary: Up to $5500
• Location: Orchard (Walking distance from Orchard MRT)
• Timing: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
• Duration: 1 Yr Starting from Mid July/ Aug 2025 (Convertible)

Job Scope

• Coordinate and support trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives across the Southeast Asia Pacific region, including store planning, seasonal campaigns, in-store displays, and retail activations.
• Manage the distribution, installation, and upkeep of point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines across all retail locations.
• Provide visual merchandising assistance for new store openings, renovations, and key retail projects by working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site setup.
• Oversee POS material inventory, manage invoice processing, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and competitor activities.
• Offer ad-hoc support for trade marketing and event-related tasks, collaborate with various departments, and travel regionally to support initiatives as needed.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in trade marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
