Contract to Perm Therapy Aide cum Driver (5 days office hours/ Up to $3000)

Job Scope

• To carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist.
• To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist.
• To attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
• To report any abnormalities present in the clients.
• To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
• Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
• Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
• To ensure a safe environment for the clients to perform the therapies.
• Encourage clients to participate in activities/programs.
• Fetch clients to and from with transport according to scheduled timing if required.
• Send vehicles for maintenance and servicing when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary school education / WSQ certificate in Therapy services / NITEC in Therapy Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Holds Class 3 driving license.
