Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is hiring a front-facing course counsellor to assist prospective students and parents at the counter and during recruitment events, guiding them through available programmes.

You will follow up on existing sales leads by phone to schedule appointments for staff to clarify programme details, and perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
• Comfortable in following up with existing sales leads via phone calls to set appointments for further programme clarification.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: Renew Every 4 months
• Salary: 15/hr - 16/hr
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour unpaid break)
• Location : Clementi

Job Scope:

• Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
• Comfortable in following up with existing sales leads via phone call with the intention of making appointments for prospective students to speak to staff for further programme clarification.
• Other adhoc duties assigned
