Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore is seeking an AI Engineer for a 24-month contract to lead AI/GenAI initiatives, develop production-ready AI solutions, and guide enterprise AI adoption. You will work across AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, and software engineering to deliver scalable, secure systems.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in AI and 2+ years in GenAI, strong Python-based development, React frontend experience, and deployment on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Qualifications

• This is a 24 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in AI, including at least 2 years focusing on GenAI (e.g. RAG, Agents).
• Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and GenAI protocols, including LangGraph, Google ADK, MCP, A2A communication, and related ecosystem components.
• Good understanding of GenAI application evaluation, tracing, observability, monitoring, and debugging, ensuring reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with full SDLC, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and Python-based development.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing modern web apps using React and backend services with FastAPI/Flask, deployed on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Responsibilities

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Profile/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in AI, including at least 2 years focusing on GenAI (e.g. RAG, Agents).
  • Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and GenAI protocols, including LangGraph, Google ADK, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, and related ecosystem components.
  • Good understanding of GenAI application evaluation, tracing, observability, monitoring, and debugging, ensuring reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with solid knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and Python-based development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing modern web applications using React and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, with deployment and operational experience on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
