A global leader in semiconductor solutions is looking for a manufacturing automation engineer to improve system stability and performance. This 2-year contract role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in robotics or manufacturing automation systems. Job Description

  • Responsible for the manufacturing automation system and equipment's stability and performance improvement.
  • Perform root-cause analyses and drive equipment improvements to achieve target utilization and uptime.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operational performance.
  • Manage system and equipment's preventive maintenance program.
  • Support cross-functional projects from PoC to production rollout to enable advanced automation into operations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Min 3-5 years of working experience in robotics, manufacturing automation systems, or equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic and automation systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in programming, preferably Python, to analyze data is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional project collaboration is advantageous.
  • A self-driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • This is a 2-year contract under a third-party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
