Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, such as job posting, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain organized and updated records in the Application Tracking System (ATS) – training will be provided.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to support hiring logistics, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment-related reporting and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion a positive candidate journey and employer brand experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals seeking a career switch into HR or recruitment (no prior talent acquisition experience needed).
  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline with preferably one year of work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, call centers, retail, or sales is a strong plus.
  • A people person with strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the recruitment and HR field.
