Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, such as job posting, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain organized and updated records in the Application Tracking System (ATS) – training will be provided.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to support hiring logistics, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Support recruitment-related reporting and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a positive candidate journey and employer brand experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals seeking a career switch into HR or recruitment (no prior talent acquisition experience needed).
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline with preferably one year of work experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, call centers, retail, or sales is a strong plus.
- A people person with strong communication skills and empathy.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the recruitment and HR field.
