Job Title: Contract Psychologist (Organizational & Personnel Psychology)

Contract duration: 1-Year

Department: Psychological Services Department (PPSD)

Location: Near Novena MRT

Salary: Up to $4,400 monthly

Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
Join the Organizational and Personnel Psychology Division as a Contract Psychologist, supporting officer selection, leadership development, and organizational initiatives. You’ll also engage in training, research, and may explore areas such as operations, crime, and resilience psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and facilitating leadership assessment and development programs

• Conduct psychological assessments for personnel selection (training provided)

• Develop and deliver leadership training sessions

• Perform research on selection, leadership, and organizational psychology topics

• Support additional tasks throughout the contract period

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or related behavioral science preferred

• Basic proficiency in statistics and software like SPSS or R

• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

• Confident presenter and trainer in group settings

• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Comfortable in operational environments

• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities
