Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production/Materials Worker to support fragrance, cosmetic, and oral care production lines. You will prepare materials, operate dosing machines, and ensure accurate documentation, all within a safety-focused facility.

The role requires a Diploma or Undergraduate qualification and the ability to follow SOPs precisely. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous, and you will work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Undergraduate qualification in any discipline.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, chemical, or pharmaceutical is advantageous.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to follow procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Compound raw materials for fragrance, cosmetic, and oral care products according to work orders and production requirements.
• Replenish raw materials and maintain adequate stock levels for production activities.
• Operate automated dosing machines, weighing scales, pumps, and other production equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of production equipment when required.
• Transfer materials and finished products using mechanical pumps and approved equipment.
• Clean drums and production equipment to support packing and manufacturing processes.
• Operate electric stackers and pallet jacks to transport materials within the facility.
• Record production output, yield gains/losses, and other required documentation accurately.
• Adhere strictly to work instructions, SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the production area.
• Support other production-related duties as assigned.
