This is a 3 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner.

  • Handle data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets
  • Prepare, edit and format reports, memos, and presentations
  • Draft and respond to basic correspondence and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Supporting meeting logistics - book rooms, prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Track Budgets and prepare the travel expense reports
  • General, perform adhoc assignment or task from manager
Your Profile
  • Detail-oriented and proactive administrative professional with strong organisational and communication skills. Adept at supporting teams and ensuring efficient day-to-day workflow. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit.
  • Procurement and Vendor Liasons Support experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or procurement-related roles
