Contract Process Safety Engineer (Up to 6.5k | Office hour) #HJOT

We are hiring Contract Process Safety Engineers to beoutsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process hazard analysis and risk assessments using tools such as HAZOP, QRA, air dispersion modeling, and vent sizing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Support audits and collaborate with stakeholders to address deviations through corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing PSM and RM work processes, including root cause analysis, mechanical integrity, safe operating procedures, and management of change.
• Maintain documentation and records of safety programs to ensure readiness for compliance inspections and audits.
• Provide technical guidance on process safety and workplace safety & health for capital projects.
• Act as an EHS representative, working with teams to ensure safe work practices within assigned functions.
• Utilize PSM metrics to drive and support the growth of process safety culture at the site.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical (API) or related manufacturing industries, preferably in a technical role with expertise in process safety and workplace safety.
• Strong knowledge and application of industry codes of practice (e.g., SS506 Part 3, API S10, NFPA, Fire Safety Regulations, and Major Hazard Installation regulations).
