Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Contract Pharmacist to support clinical trials and research operations in the West Area. This role offers exposure to investigational products, GMP/GCP compliant procedures, and a hands-on pharmacology environment.

You will prepare, dispense, and account for investigational products, maintain drug records, and collaborate with study staff. Office hours Monday to Friday with a renewable 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist preferred.
• Able to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a clean room environment.
• Meticulous with strong documentation skills.
• Prior experience in clinical trials, hospital pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations for clinical trial studies.
• Prepare, dispense, receive, and document investigational products per study protocols.
• Maintain accurate drug accountability records and documentation.
• Assist in storage, labeling, packaging, and handling of study medications.
• Collaborate with study coordinators, research nurses, and investigators.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Support audits and inspections when required.
• Perform inventory management and reconciliation of investigational products.
• Work within controlled environments and adhere to clean room procedures.
