Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Research Nurse to support clinical trial activities for a leading pharmaceutical MNC in Singapore. You will work closely with investigators, study teams and patients to ensure safe, accurate and compliant conduct of clinical studies.

The role offers exposure to global trials, comprehensive training, and a 1-year renewable contract with two shifts (no night shift). Benefits include generous leave and structured career development.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing registration (e.g. SNB or equivalent).
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in clinical research/clinical trials preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to the contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, and coordinate study participants
• Support informed consent process and patient education
• Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
• Administer investigational products and monitor patients for reactions
• Maintain accurate source documentation
• Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)
• Ensure drug accountability and study supply management
• Comply with ICH-GCP, protocol, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate study visits and communicate with the study team
