An established industry player is seeking a People Development Executive to enhance their Learning and Development initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will manage various operational aspects, including training programs and stakeholder collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact the organization's capability-building efforts, ensuring that employees receive the necessary training and support to excel. Reporting to the People Development (PD) Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives and programmes to build people capabilities. You will deliver effective and timely operational and management support to the PD team.
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of L&D initiatives and programmes, including overseas training trips
- Support and implement learning needs analysis, learning plans and monitor the utilization of training places and budget
- Manage the learning management system
- Initiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate L&D dashboards and reports
- Other ad-hoc dutiesasassigned
Requirements
- Minimally a degree in any discipline
- prior relevant experience would be advantageous
- able to start work on short notice
