Job Scope:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with both clients and candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
