: Islandwide
: $2000 - 3000
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours, Saturday half day

Job Scope:

1. Perform frontline operations including registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, and cashiering duties when needed.
2. Attend to walk-in and phone inquiries.
3. Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining procedures to patients.
4. Support doctors with language translation when needed.
5. Maintain patients' records and manage drug inventory properly.
6. Ensure the clinic's facilities are kept clean and uphold a positive image.
7. Adhere to SOPs and conduct routine checks and audits within the clinic.
8. Handle daily operations and collate and compile patient management indicators.
9. Assist in covering other facilities when required.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O/A level, Nitec, or Diploma qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest in healthcare or the medical industry.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required (training provided).
