Contract Office Facilities & Admin Officer (Bank/Central) #BLM
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative, premises facilities, and physical security access duties
- Assist with office renovation project coordination
- Assist with stocktaking inventory and office fixed asset reporting
- Assist with cleaning up unused documents in cabinets before the renovation project
- Assist with packing boxes during the office renovation project
- Assist with escorting service contractors during the renovation project
- Assist with coordination for office relocation/restacking of users during the renovation project
- Assist with coordinating with Security for physical access during the renovation project
- Assist with IT desktop and phone setup during office relocation
- Perform any other miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
