Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to design and implement Ansible Playbooks, Roles and Collections for multi-vendor environments, automating provisioning, backups and changes.

You will develop Python components, integrate REST APIs, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and work with NetBox and Infoblox. The role includes CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab, testing with Pytest and pyATS/Genie, and maintaining reusable automation standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, inventories and network automation modules.
• Practical Python scripting skills and experience with libraries such as Netmiko and NAPALM.
• Experience automating Cisco IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NX-OS, Juniper Junos and Arista EOS environments.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs and EVPN-VXLAN.

Responsibilities

• Ansible Network Automation: design and develop reusable Playbooks, Roles and Collections for multi-vendor environments.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, software upgrades, backups and workflows.
• Develop idempotent automation with error handling, validation and rollback.
• CI/CD and automation testing: build pipelines and automated verification using PyTest and pyATS/Genie.
