We are looking to hire a Contract Marketing Executive!!

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Work closely with vendors, venues, and partners to coordinate logistics and ensure event success.
• Develop event marketing plans, including pre-event promotions, on-site branding, and post-event follow-up.
• Create and manage event-related marketing materials such as invitations, signage, and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Track event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
• Collect and analyse feedback from attendees to continuously improve future events.
• Support broader marketing activities, including content creation and campaign execution, when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in event planning or marketing (internship or full-time).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and event software is a plus.
