Job Description:

• Coordinating events and managing facility bookings across the school, in collaboration with teams like Facilities, Finance, and Security
• Overseeing the management of facility rentals
• Developing marketing materials and collateral
• Updating and making changes to the school website
• Monitoring and managing the school's presence across all social media platforms
• Handling ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently
• Organizing and maintaining documents and digital files
• Creating bi-weekly newsletters for both Primary and Secondary schools
• Assisting with market research initiatives
• Keeping track of competitor activities
• Participating in school-wide events and activities as needed
• Performing any additional tasks as assigned by management, stakeholders, or direct supervisors.
