Job description

Job summary:

• Basic up to $8500

• 5.5 Days Arrangement, Office Hour

• Working location at East Region, Changi area

• Grade A1 local construction firm (Maincon)

• This role will be focusing on land reclamation, plus partially on the building works

Job scope:

• Assist the Managing Director with quotations and tender submissions for local and overseas projects.

• Coordinate pre-tender documentation, attend tender meetings, and manage clarifications leading to award.

• Prepare and administer contracts, reviewing commercial terms with clients and subcontractors.

• Support Project Managers on progress claims, variation orders, and attend site meetings when required.

• Liaise with clients’ QS on claims, finalize accounts, and manage project budgets and cost control.

• Assist in subcontract negotiations, analyze scope of work, and support general financial administration.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and efficiency in managing tasks.

• Background in Quantity Surveying or Contracts is advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil works with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
