Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director in managing tenders and client quotations.
  • Prepare and coordinate tender submissions and clarifications.
  • Draft, review, and administer contracts ensuring compliance.
  • Work with Project Managers on progress claims and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors on claims and negotiations.
  • Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain accurate records.
  • Negotiate subcontractor packages and prepare agreements.
  • Review project scope and contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director in managing tenders and client quotations for local and overseas projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, clarifications, and meetings leading to project awards.
  • Draft, review, and administer contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Work with Project Managers on progress claims, variation orders, cost control, and site-related matters.
  • Liaise with clients, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors on claims, negotiations, and final account settlements.
  • Prepare project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports with management and finance teams.
  • Monitor project costs, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective financial and contract administration.
  • Negotiate subcontractor packages and prepare supplier or subcontractor agreements.
  • Review project scope and contractual requirements to ensure smooth execution and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
  • Background in Quantity Surveying or Contracts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
