The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of contracts management experience in civil construction and a diploma in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering.   • Experience in LTA Projects is required.

Our client is a leading player in the construction industry. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Contracts Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Contracts Manager/Manager in tender reviews and finalizing tender sums.
  • Assist in contract administration, including progress claims, variations, and client correspondence.
  • Gather subcontractor quotations for review and approval.
  • Monitor and update the Contracts Manager on contractual and site matters.
  • Verify subcontractor/supplier claims, prepare payment certifications, and seek necessary approvals.
  • Handle final accounts and variation submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Contracts Department’s quality system.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering
  • Min 5 years of contracts management experience in civil construction
  • Experience in LTA Projects
