Job description

We are seeking a Contract Manager with strong QS and contract administration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in progress payment certification processes, contract law, and cost-related matters in the construction or consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and administration of consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPA and manage progress payment certifications (SIA Measurement & Lump Sum, REDAS D&B, PSSCOC).

  • Advise on contract matters including EOT, delay claims, LDs, and cost estimates.

  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline and systemize contract administration workflows, including automation of payment tracking, document templates, and records management.

  • Provide support on contract-related risk management and project execution.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Built Environment.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QS or contract management roles.

  • Solid knowledge of contract law and strong familiarity with SIA, REDAS, and PSSCOC frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and sub-agreements.

Good to Have
  • Familiarity with delay analysis, LDs, EOT claims.

  • Experience preparing preliminary cost estimates.

  • Ability to guide and train internal teams on contract processes.
