As a Lead Solution Designer Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you’ll architect smart, scalable information systems that power our contract logistics operations. From system integration to solution design, your expertise ensures seamless digital execution across the region.
How you create impact
Lead the end-to-end project management of complex continental Anchor projects—ranging from hyper-automation and new facility builds to multi-site operations, system migrations, and high-profile customer solutions. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with both customer expectations and Kuehne+Nagel standards.
Provide guidance to other regional projects to uphold high delivery and compliance standards. Support the development of local teams by enhancing skills and knowledge, while shaping future requirements to continuously elevate project management excellence.
What we would like you to bring
Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, change requests, financials, and daily operations
Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to the customer throughout the project
Lead weekly internal and customer-facing project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting
Oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery, providing indirect performance feedback
Manage and support other Project Managers across the continent
Train peers and trainers on project management methodologies and best practices
Define and continuously improve standards in areas of expertise
