Job description

Optimizing supply chain operations, our contract logistics business unit provides end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions for our customers. This position will be responsible for the roll-out of sector strategy, supporting ambitious target setting, as well as the creation and follow-up of a plan to reach those targets. Your Role

Your primary objective will be to drive the retention of business by coordinating all customer retention activities across our continent. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives:

Your Responsibilities
  1. Own and manage all activities related to customer retention for your nominated portfolio of customers, including reporting, training, proactive renewal planning, and follow-up activities.
  2. Ensure high levels of service performance at all times by working with local teams and customers to resolve issues promptly to the satisfaction of both parties.
  3. Identify and deliver improvement and innovation opportunities using resources from our teams.
  4. Drive the implementation and application of the customer engagement program for your portfolio, including deployment, training, review of tools, and implementation of improvement plans.
  5. Identify and implement opportunities to broaden scope and add additional services to existing business.
  6. Execute voice of the customer activities at a continent level.
Your Skills and Experiences

You should possess strong knowledge of Contract Logistics, with the motivation to provide the best customer experience for our key accounts. Business acumen and excellent communication skills will enable your success in this role.
