Lab Assistant (Contract/Office Hrs, Mon-Fri)

• Our client is a global MNC in nutrition/food & beverage products

• Location: 10 minutes from Boon Lay MRT

• Shuttle Bus provided at BL / CCK

Job Scope

To assist Product Developer in lab trial work including:

• Raw material batching, processing/cooking

• Data recording & file keeping

• Good food laboratory/kitchen practices

• Maintain quality test sample management

• Parcel opening & labelling of lab samples

• Prepare samples for testing and analysis

• Sample disposal according to procedure

• Assist manager with other lab duties like procurement, daily lab operations

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Lifesciences / Food Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent

• Experience in laboratory work in food lab or clinical trial settings

• Strong communication skills
