• Candidates without strong experience in supporting SimCorp Dimension software will not be considered
• Open to consider contractual mode of employment as this is on a project based assignment
• Expertise in SimCorp Dimension software systems support
• Being the Level 3 subject matter expert in trading applications support, handling escalation from L1 and L2 software support staff
• Good knowledge of Financial trading workflows, supporting users such as the traders and investment operations staff in supporting SimCorp Dimension software on all financial interfaces
• Handle problem investigation, replication and resolution
• Problem investigation and resolution for the sofware system
• Minimum 5 years and above of working experience in supporting SimCorp Dimension in particular.
