We are looking to hire an entry-level HR Executive!!

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and updated employee and candidate records in HR systems
• Administer benefits and compensation in line with organizational policies and objectives
• Ensure recruitment and staffing practices comply with employment laws and regulations
• Manage smooth offboarding processes for exiting employees
• Align candidate placements with organizational needs and individual skill sets
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately for all employees
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to enhance hiring outcomes and reduce risks
• Foster positive relationships among candidates, employees, and management to support a collaborative workplace

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business/Social sciences or other related fields
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
